to the second article he said and deposed that the articulate Emme Polly in her life time being of perfect mind and memory made her last will and testament in writing and thereof nominated and appointed the articulate Ralph Creyfield her sole executor and gave all the legacies mentioned in the said will and this he knoweth to be true because he was a witness unto the same and did see her the said Emme Polly seal subscribe and acknowledge the said will and further he does not know to depose
