Jn Kyndale of Earls Colne was warned to appear and to undergo process he appeared and the judge warned him to take an oath and faithfully reply to the articles objected against him and then to undergo further process the judge ordered twelve parishioners of this parish to appear at the next to reply to the articles in this case he called Williamson the apparitor varlet therefore the judge warned to him to show sufficient cause why he should call him varlet
