Clem Wyburrowe of White Colne noted that he was asked unto the said Kath Wade and since he was asked unto another woman contrary to law appeared and confessed and said that he was asked in church to Joan Smith of White Colne notwithstanding upon his oath he confessed that he was suitor before of Kath Wade therefore warned to abide by the former contract and not to marry Joan to appear at the next
