the condition of the above obligation is such that whereas Jn Cook son of Geo Cook of Glemsford Suffolk carpenter hath by indenture of apprenticeship bound himself to Ben Crisp of Foxearth in Essex wheelwright as by the said indenture more fully may appear and whereas the said Ben Crisp for divers good causes and considerations him moving hath by certain writings under his hand and seal aforesaid assigned and set over the number of years to come and unexpired of the service of the said Jn Cook unto his wellbeloved friend Jn Shave of Earls Colne wheelwright all such right title duty term of years etc which he the said Ben Crisp hath in Jn Cook his said apprentice or that he ought to have by the indenture unto the above bounden Joshua Shave now if the above bounden Joshua Shave his executors etc from time to time hereafter as well to the 10.4.next ensuing as also for the term of four years next after next 10.4.1738 keep harmless and indemnify the above named Ben Crisp his heirs executors etc from all costs and charges that may happen through the boarding sickness or lameness or otherwise of Jn Cook this obligation to be void etc
