the examination of Oliver Lowrey taken upon oath touching his last legal place of settlement the 9.1.1748 who saith he was born at Dublin in the kingdom of Ireland and that he was bound apprentice for seven years to one Jn Pondegrass of Swallow St in St James parish Middx and served the said seven years duly and truly but further says some times his master and he went to work in the county and lodged from home for some time together and further says he served the last year of his said term in the said street called Swallow St in the parish of St James and lodged in the said street all the said last year and hath never done anything since whereby to gain a settlement elsewhere sworn the day and year above before me Robt Tweed Oliver Lowrey
