the examination of Wm Banister taken upon oath touching his last legal place of settlement the 19.6.1748 who saith he was born at Ingatestone and that he lived at Fryerning with his father who bought a house there all his life time and that he himself hired a house at Fryerning of 12li a year and paid to the poors rate of the said parish and that he hath never done anything since to gain a settlement elsewhere sworn before Robt Tweed Wm Banister
