the will of Nich Banbery of Earls Colne in the name of god amen the 7.5.1541 that Nich Banbery of Earls Colne gent that he hath made his testament and last will first I commend my soul to almighty god unto our blessed lady and all the blessed company of heaven my body to be buried in the church of Earls Colne also I bequeath unto my son Jn all my lands both free and copy also I will that Jn my son and Jn Malery my son in law which I do make both my executors that them both to take and enjoy all such goods and movables to the behoof and use of my younger children who are not able to help themselves and also that mine executors to see my debts paid which are lawful to be paid witness of this sir Jn Drewe vicar of the same town of Earls Colne
