this testament was proved before mr Wm Mowse doctor of laws surrogate of the venerable mr Wm Drury also doctor of laws and master keeper or commissary of the prerogative court of Canterbury legally constituted at London 21.8.1579 by an oath by Francis Clerk procurator for Christian relict and executrix named in this will to well and faithfully administer the same as by full and faithful oath all and singular the goods in life and the credits in this and render a full and true account sworn on the holy gospels
