this testament was proved before mr Wm Bingham doctor of laws official of mr Geo Withers archdeacon of Colchester 7.9.1582 Marge Barrett and Robt Churche executors named in the same were committed to the administration of the goods of the deceased and the debts in legal form swore Robt Church who appeared in person and Marge in the person of Churche she named however as administrator etc
