of Colchester in the county of Essex blacksmith being sick in body but in perfect memory thanks be given unto almighty god I do ordain this as my last will and testament in manner as followeth viz imprimis I do bequeath my soul into the hands of almighty god and my body to be buried in the churchyard of St Maries parish or in that parish churchyard where it shall please god to take away my life and all my goods and chattels I dispose as followeth item I give and bequeath unto my brother's eldest son my tenement with the appurtenances thereunto belonging lying and being in Earls Colne in the county of Essex aforesaid item my will is my debts being first paid I do give unto my sister
