this above written will was proved at London before the venerable mr Jn Clarke doctor of law surrogate of the venerable Wm Merricke knight and doctor of law curator of the prerogative court of Canterbury or commissary legally constituted the 27.8.1666 by an oath by Jn Eastland the executor named in the said will to whom the administration of all and singular the goods of the said deceased was granted swore faithfully to administrate on the holy gospels
