know all men by these presents that whereas I Rich Hayward of Earls Colne in the county of Essex yeoman was appointed one of the executors of the last will and testament of Susannah Newton late of Earls Colne aforesaid deceased with Jn Newton brother in law of the said Susanna which said will beareth date the 27.4.1690 now know ye that I the said Rich Hayward do by these presents do revoke determine and make void and frustrate the said executorship and all and every the uses and estates mentioned in the said will or therein limited and do also by these presents yield up unto the said Jn Newton all my right or power in and to the said will and from henceforth to stand as executor alone in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20.4.1691 sealed and delivered in the presence of us Edw Abbutt jun Sam Burton Thos Paine Rich Hayward
