at Braintree 4.10.1699 I Jn Shellye executor of the will of Jn Crow deceased declare in the presence of almighty god the witness of the truth that I am a dissenter commonly called a quaker and that this instrument contains the true last will and testament of Jn Crow deceased so far as I know or believe and that I will well and truly perform the same by paying the debts and then the legacies contained in the said will so far as the goods chattels and credits will thereto extend and the law charge and that the inventory now exhibited into the court is true and that the goods of the said deceased will not amount to 20li and that I will make a just account when I shall be thereunto lawfully required mark Jn Shelly the said Jn Shellye made this declaration before me Nath Garrard surrogate
