as a codicil to this my will I further add that whereas I have in my above mentioned will given unto my son Benj Fletcher and his heirs but only one third part of my farm lands and tenements in the occupation of Robt Parminter I give and devise unto him the said Benj Fletcher and his heirs forever one full third part and a half of one third part of my said farm lands and tenements and whereas I have given unto my son Moses Fletcher one third part of the same farm lands and tenements I give and devise unto him and his heirs forever but only one half of one third part of my said farm lands and tenements in the occupation of the said Robt Parminter and whereas in my said will I have given after the decease of Martha my wife my messuage lands and tenements in Colne Engaine in the occupation of Geo Bernard and others unto my said two sons Benj and Moses and their heirs forever I will that the same devise and bequest unto the said Benj and his heirs shall be void and I give and devise all my said messuage lands and tenements in Colne Engaine aforesaid after the decease of my said wife unto the said Moses Fletcher my son and his heirs forever and I do nominate and appoint my friend and neighbour Solomon Grimston of Chappell in the county of Essex gent supervisor of my said will desiring him to be assisting of my said wife in the execution of this my will and management of my executorship and my will and meaning is that in case my said wife shall happen to depart this life before she shall have discharged the said executorship and performed this my will then I devise authorise and empower the said Solomon Grimston to execute and perform the same witness my hand and seal the 20.7.1712 witnesses to this codicil mark Nath King mark Dan Cooke mark Jn Harrington Jn Fletcher (signature quite clear)
