widow of Earls Colne in the county of Essex being ill of body but of good and perfect memory thanks be given to god for the same do make ordain and declare this to be my last will and testament and first I commend and commit my soul unto almighty god and my body to the earth to be decently buried as my executor shall see meet and as to my temporal estate I give and dispose as followeth item I give and bequeath to my only son
