in the name of god amen I Jn Littell of Parlabens in the parish of Halsted in the county of Essex gent do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made first I yield up my soul to almighty god my maker and my body to be decently buried at the discretion of my executrix hereafter named item I give and bequeath unto Susan Littell my dear and loving wife and to her heirs forever all my manors messuages lands tenements hereditaments and premises and all my rent charges and personal estate of what nature or kind whatsoever and wheresoever with their and every of their rights members and appurtenances my just debts being first paid and discharged and I do nominate and appoint the said Susan Littell my dear and loving wife sole executrix of this my last will and testament in witness whereof I the said Jn Littell have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22.7.1734 etc. Jn Littell signed sealed published and declared by the said Jn Lettell the testator in the presence of us and we in his presence subscribed our names Eliz Newman Isaac Toten Jn Galafent (may be Jn Galafent)
