in the name of god amen I Simon Rosbrook of Earls Colne in the county of Essex husbandman being sick but of a sound and perfect mind and memory thanks be to god for it do make my last will and testament in manner following imprimis I give unto my brother Jn Rosbrook of Shoobery in the county of Essex yeoman the sum of 40li out of 93li [fourscore and thirteen pounds] which he owes me which said 93li I lent unto him in ready money and I give more unto my said brother Jn Rosbrook all the money which he owes me for work he received for me except the 50li which my will and desire is my said brother Jn Rosbrook shall pay unto my two sisters Jane Humfrey and Martha Grimwood share and share alike to be paid to them in three months after my decease item I give unto my two sisters Jane Humfrey and Martha Grimwood all my bills bonds and money and all my household goods brass and pewter and all my wood working tools and all my wearing apparel except my pair of bucks leather breeches which I give unto my nephew Jn Humfrey lastly I do appoint my two sisters Jane Humfrey and Martha Grimwood executrices of this my last will and testament in witness hereof I the said Simon Rosbrook have set my hand and seal the 28.12.1734 signed sealed published and declared by the testator and in his presence attested and subscribed by us the word give first interlined Jn Newton mark Geo Rayner mark Sam Androws Simon Rosbrook
