considering the uncertainty of life make and ordain my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say first I give and bequeath my soul into the hands of almighty god who gave it hoping through the alone merits of our blessed saviour to obtain remission of all my passed sins my body I commit to the earth to be decently interred at the discretion of mine executor hereinafter mentioned and as to my worldly estate I dispose thereof in manner following that is to say after my debts are fully paid and satisfied I give and bequeath all and every my goods chattels stock of husbandry and all other my personal estate of what nature or kind soever unto my loving wife

do educate and bring up my said children and manage for them their several shares and parts during their several minorities and to pay them their several shares and dividends at their several and respective ages of 21yrs and further my will is that if it shall happen that either of my said children shall die or depart this life before they or either of them shall arrive to their respective ages of 21yrs then I give and bequeath the share or part of such child so dying unto the survivor or them and if it shall happen that both my said children shall die before their age of 21yrs then I give and bequeath the whole of their legacies herein before by me to them given unto my said loving wife and my sister
