this will of Thos Heckford deceased was proved 24.12.1741 before the rev Jn Morgan clerk surrogate to the worshipful Jn Andrew doctor of laws commissary etc in the parts of Essex and Hertfordshire lawfully appointed by the oaths of Benj Fletcher and Jn Lorkin two of the executors named in the said will to whom administration etc was committed they being first sworn etc power being reserved for Jn Ruggles the other executor named in the said will to do the like whenever etc
