of Earls Colne in the county of Essex yeoman being sick of body but of sound mind and memory thanks be to god for the same do make this my last will and testament in manner following and first I give and devise all my lands tenements and hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever as well freehold as copyhold and of whatsoever manner or manners they be holden unto my loving wife
