whereas I Wm Harvey of Colne Earls in the county of Essex being infirm in body but of sound and disposing mind do make this my last will and testament and as my house is sold but not assigned over to the purchaser I give to my executors full power to complete the agreement in case I should not live to do it and the money arising therefrom and also all my personal estate of what nature sort or kind soever together with what arises from the house I give to my executors for the use and purpose herein after named except all my wearing apparel and two shirts which I give to my kinsman Jas Harvey son of my brother Jn Harvey that is to say after paying my just debts funeral charges necessary expenses and the probate of this my will I give to my son Wm Harvey and to my four daughters Rebecca Perrin Mary Perrin Sarah Clements and Eliz Bradney all that remains to be equally divided between them part and share alike lastly I nominate and appoint my friends Jn Start and Robt Greenwood of Halstead executors to this my will hereby making void all other wills heretofore made and do declare this to be my last will in witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 26.8.1765 Wm Harvey signed sealed and declared by the testator to be his last will in the presence of us who subscribed our names as witnesses Robt Ludgater Wm Bott Susanna Syer
