this will of Wm Harvey late of the parish of Earls Colne in the county of Essex deceased was proved on the 20.10.1770 before the rev Sam Disney clerk surrogate etc. by the solemn and sincere affirmations or declarations of Jn Start and Robt Greenwood the executors to whom administration of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased was granted and committed on the 31.12.1770 they having first severally made a solemn and sincere affirmation or declaration according to an act of parliament in that behalf made and provided well and faithfully to administer
