be is remembered that I Jn Williamson of Earls Colne in the county of Essex yeoman being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praised be god therefore to make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say first I give and devise and bequeath unto Sarah my loving wife all that my freehold messuage or tenement sometime two messuages or tenements with all the yards gardens orchards outhouses hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the same belonging situate lying and being in Earls Colne aforesaid sometime in the occupation of Jn Buck (may be Jn Buck) and now or late in the tenure or occupation of Thos Owers or his assigns to hold the same unto the said Sarah my wife her heirs and assigns forever also I give devise and bequeath unto the said Sarah my wife my lease of the messuage farm lands and tenements called Trucknetts otherwise the Gate House or otherwise lying and being in Earls Colne aforesaid and Colne Engain in the said county and now in my own and my undertenants occupations and all my right and interest therein to hold the same unto the said Sarah my wife her executors and administrators for and during all the residue and remainder of the term of years to come therein also I give and bequeath unto the said Sarah my wife her executors and administrators all and singular my goods chattels farming stock corn cattle implements or husbandry ready money credits securities for money and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever she and they thereout faithfully paying and discharging all my just debts my funeral expenses and the charges of the probate of this my will and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Sarah my wife sole executrix of this my will and lastly I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and I do hereby publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in witness where of I the said Jn Williamson the testator have to this my last will and testament contained in one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this 20.4.1766 the mark of Jn Williamson signed sealed published and declared by the said Jn Williamson the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us and by us attested as witnessed thereunto at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other Jn Leaper Oliver Johnson Wm Townsend
