this will of Rich Dutton late of the parish of Earls Colne in the county of Essex deceased was proved on 16.10.1778 before the rev Sam Disney clerk surrogate etc. by the oaths of Thos Nunn (sic) and Roger Green the executors to whom administration or all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased was granted and committed on the 23.10.1778 they being first sworn duly to administer
