proved on the 30.1.1786 before the rev Thos Baines clerk surrogate etc by the oath of Jas Wenden one of the executors to whom administration etc was granted and committed be being first sworn duly to administer (power being reserved of making the like grant to Dan Cowlin nephew of the deceased and other executor when he shall apply for the same)
