in the name of god amen I Mary Green of Earls Colne in the county of Essex widow do make this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say I give and bequeath the sum of 450li of lawful money of Great Britain undo my daughter Ann Green to and for her own use and benefit to be paid to her by my executors hereafter named as soon as conveniently can be after my decease also I give and bequeath the sum of 350li of like money unto my youngest son Jn Green to and for his own use and benefit also I give and bequeath my bed and bedstead with the crimson harateen hangings quilt blankets sheet and the complete furniture thereto belonging and my mahogany chest of drawers and also all my wearing apparel of every kind unto my said daughter Ann Green to and for her own use and benefit also I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my household goods and furniture chattels and personal estate and effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever that I shall die possessed of interested in or entitled to after payment of my funeral expenses just debts the aforesaid legacies and all charges attending the execution of this my will unto my three children Thos Green and the said Ann Green and Jn Green equally to be divided amongst them part and share alike and lastly I do nominate and appoint my said two sons Thos Green and Jn Green executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills and testaments by me at any time made and declaring this to be my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22.5.1787 Mary Green signed sealed published and declared by the said testatrix Mary Green as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us J Usher Mary Paskell
