whereas I the within named Mary Green have by my within written last will and testament given and bequeathed the sum of 350li unto my youngest son Jn Green now I do hereby revoke and declare void the same sum or legacy of 350li and do by this present writing (which I do hereby declare to be as and for a codicil to my within written last will and testament and do direct the same to be taken as and for part thereof) give and bequeath the sum of 150li only of lawful money of Great Britain instead of the said sum of legacy of 350li unto my within named youngest son the said Jn Green to and for his own use and benefit he having already had and received of me and I having given him the sum of 200li and I do hereby ratify and confirm my within written last will and testament in all other respects in witness whereof I the said Mary Green have to this my said codicil set my hand and seal this 28.9.1795 Mary Green signed sealed published and declared by the said Mary Green as and for to be taken as a codicil to her last will and testament within written and as and for part thereof in the presence of us Jn Usher Jn Powell
