proved on the 28.5.1798 before the rev Jn Howlet clerk surrogate etc (pending the episcopal visitation etc) by the oath of Jn Green son of the deceased and one of the executors to whom administration etc. was granted he being first sworn duly to administer power being reserved of making the like grant to Thos Green the son of the deceased and the other executor when he shall apply for the same
