this is the last will and testament of me Jeff Cook of Earls Colne in the county of Essex carpenter as follows first I will and direct that all my just debts funeral expenses and the charge of proving this my will shall be duly paid and satisfied and subject thereto and charged and chargeable therewith I give and bequeath all and every my household goods and furniture working tools and all other my personal estate and effects be the same of what nature kind or quality soever and wheresoever unto my nephew Jeff Paskell his executors administrators and assigns to and for his and their own use and benefit absolutely and for ever and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Jeff Paskell sole executor of this my will and hereby revoking making void and disannulling all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made I do declare this to be my last in witness whereof I the said testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this 3.2.1808 Jeff Cook signed sealed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names witnesses thereto R.
