this is the last will and testament of me Jn Pitstow of Earls Colne in the county of Essex miller which I make in manner following, that is to say, I give and bequeath unto my son Jn Pitstow of Springfield in the said county miller all and every my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever (except estates vested in me upon trust) to hold the same and every part thereof unto my said son his heirs executors administrators and assigns to and for his and their own use and benefit absolutely subject however to the payment thereout of all my just debts funeral expenses and the charges of proving and executing this my will and as to for and concerning any estate or estates vested in me by way of mortgage in fee or other trust estate or estates I give and devise all such legal estate and interest as I now have therein unto my friends Wm Wallis Francis of Colchester in the said county gentleman and Isaac Watson of Earls Colne aforesaid schoolmaster to hold the same to them their heirs and assigns upon trust to convey the same after payment of the principal and interest which may be due on such mortgage or mortgages to the mortgagor or mortgagors of such estate or estates or to such person or persons as he or they may direct or appoint and I nominate constitute and appoint the said Wm Wallis Francis and Isaac Watson executors of this my will and hereby revoking all former wills by me made I declare this only to be my last in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16.4.1828 Jn Pitstow signed sealed published and declared by the above named Jn Pitstow the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence fat his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses J.
