of the parish of Earls Colne in the county of Essex spinster being in good health and of sound mind memory and understanding thanks be to god for the same do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say) I give and bequeath all my household furniture beds linen and all my wearing apparel together with all my other property of what nature kind or quality soever the same may be which I may be possessed of at the time of my decease after payment of my just debts funeral expenses and probate of this my last will and testament to my sister

shall take and receive all and every my estate and effects which I may be possessed of at the time of my decease after the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses as above recited to and for her own use absolutely and for ever independent of her present husband
