this is the last will and testament of me Mary White of Earls Colne in the county of Essex spinster in manner following that is to say first I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and the charges of proving this my will to be fully paid and satisfied and subject thereto I give and devise unto Hen White of Earls Colne aforesaid blacksmith and his heirs all and every my freehold and copyhold messuages lands tenements and hereditaments and other my real estate whatsoever and of what nature or kind soever which I may be possessed of at my decease to hold unto the said Hen White his heirs and assigns absolutely and for ever I give and bequeath unto Ann the wife of the said Hen White all my plate linen and wearing apparel and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath the same unto the said Hen White to and for his own use and benefit and I hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said Hen White sole executor of this my will hereby revoking all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this only to be my last in witness whereof I the said Mary White the testatrix have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this 5.6.1834 Mary White signed sealed published and declared by the said testatrix Mary White as and for her last will in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses D.
