this is the last will of me
Thos Constable
of Earls Colne Essex farmer I give devise and bequeath to my dear wife
Mary Constable
(subject to the payment of my just debts) all that my copyhold estate called
Eight Acres
and also all that my copyhold estate called
Bower Field
situate in Earls Colne aforesaid and all other my copyhold freehold and leasehold estate whatsoever and also all my farming stock and crops household furniture goods monies and property whatsoever to hold to my said wife her heirs executors and administrators according to the nature and tenure of the same estates and property respectively but in case my said wife shall die in my lifetime then I give devise and bequeath the same estates and all my property whatsoever unto
