proved on the 19.1.1841 before the rev Jas Hutchinson clerk surrogate etc by the oaths of Geo Newman Stutter and Wm Kirkpatrick sons in law of the deceased two of the executors named in his will to whom administration etc was granted they being first sworn duly to administer (power being reserved of making the like grant to Jn Overett the other executor named in the said will when he shall lawfully apply for the same
