on the 19.7.1855 issued forth a commission to Isaac Sadd the youngest son and a legatee named in the last will and testament of Sam Sadd late of Earls Colne in the county of Essex baker deceased to administer the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased with his said will annexed and according to the tenor and effect thereof he being first sworn duly to administer Rich Latimer Dell and Zachariah Coe the executors thereof having first renounced probate and Leticia Sadd the widow and relict of the said deceased and principle legatee named in the said will having renounced administration with the said will annexed (under £50)
