Free deed of Earldom rent 2s1d1h. Christs Hospital. Holds by free deed lands called Stoneleys and Newland parcels of the Brook Farm in Colne Engaine now in the occupation of Edw Gallifant who pays this free rent annually for the Hospital.
N.B. Some years ago - on an accumulation of unpaid rent I called at the counting-house of the Hospital. Mr Thos Wilby then clerk, acknowledged the claim, and directed the tenant to discharge the arrears, and the free rent has been regularly paid by him since that time. H.H.C.

I have ascertained from the Commutation map of Colne Engaine that there are no lands belonging to Christs Hospital Farm now known by the names of Stoneleys or Newlands H.H.C. 6.3.1855
