The lands holden by free deed of the Priory manor I cannot identify - In old rent-rolls called parcel of Hepworth Hall - and in the rent-roll of 1751 it is described as - lands called Scotts containing 6a sometime Martin's after sir Drew Deane then sir Mark Guyon's - then Bullock esq lying in Maplestead - in 1732 Sam Gee esq acknowledged free tenure and paid a relief
