Free deed of Priory - rent 7d Robt Hills esq on death of father Phil Hills esq 1830 to land called Banley
Banley - also mapped and described in the Terrier 1598 fo. 86 contains 2a2r35p - now forms part of Colne Park on which the entrance lodge is built and the road extends through the length of it northward to a little dip and some trees where a few years since there was a gate - in 1729 I find that Thos Sewell paid a free rent of 7d - but by some error of the collector it has been omitted for some years past
