Alex Stebbing of Terling husbandman taken as above who says that the said Jn came to Martin Lindsell's house of Terling aforesaid this examinant's father in law upon the sunday in the afternoon before the assizes held in lent last was twelvemonth and from thence he went the same night unto Chelmsford and there remained as far as he knoweth until thursday morning next following when he came back again unto this examinant's said father in law's house where he did break his fast and then from thence he went home to his own house further he cannot depose
