presentment Lexden hundred item we find that the common cart bridge lying within the parish of Earls Colne commonly called Colneford bridge now is of long time has been and continued in utter ruin and decay to the detriment loss and hindrance of many of the queen's loving subjects and heretofore complaints have been made to this right worshipful court for reformation thereof and no redress as yet can be had but by whom the same is to be repaired is not known yet
