whereas there is question between the county and Roger Harlakinden concerning which of them ought to repair Colne bridge now greatly in decay it is ordered by the court as well by the consent of mr Chiborne being of counsel for the country as also by mr Harlakinden they being both present in court that the matter concerning the said bridge shall remain till easter sessions next in state as it now is
