Wm Adames of Earls Colne clerk and Francis Dicke of the same yeoman for Wm Ford of the same miller to keep the peace towards Robt Rand of the same miller taken before Thos Waldgrave esq the said Ford procured this cunningly that Rand being his servant should crave the peace whom he might release at pleasure to stand for the good behaviour of himself and his wife until the next sessions by the bond of Robt Partridge of Earls Colne gentleman and Thos Carter of White Colne mr Waldgrave to send for Rand to bind him to the next sessions
