fined 1li true bill jury present that Rich Morris late of Earls Colne in the county of Essex yeoman 5.1.1727 and immediately after at the parish aforesaid in the county aforesaid wilfully obstinately and without any licence allowance or let of the justices of the peace for the county took upon himself to keep and kept an unruly common tippling house in the same tippling house then and there and at all the times aforesaid assembled and publicly sold and offered for sale ale and beer in the division of the kings justices aforesaid ignorantly in contempt of the kings laws and against the form of the statute in this case and also against the peace of the king his crown and dignity
