Isaac Dines of White Colne in the county aforesaid victualler in 10li taken 18.4.2Geo2 before us H Summers A Vievar the condition of this recognisance is such that if the within bounden Isaac Dines do appear at the next general quarter sessions holden for the county of Essex to answer his assaulting and beating of Sarah the wife of Jn Berman and to do and receive what by the said court shall be enjoined him and in the mean time to be of good behaviour and keep the peace towards his majesty and all his liege people and especially towards the said Sarah the wife of the said Jn Berman then this recognisance to be void
