jury present that Mary Crabb the wife of Wm Crabb of Earls Colne in the county aforesaid labourer the 10.5.4Geo2 with force and arms etc at Earls Colne aforesaid in the county aforesaid in and upon a certain Isaac Dines in the peace of god and of our said king then and there made assault and Isaac himself then and there most gravely and perilously beat and wounded and evilly did treat so that his life was very much despaired of and also other enormities the same Isaac then and there incurred to the damage of Isaac himself and against the peace of the said lord king his crown and dignity
