it appearing unto this court by the petition of Jn Pennocke that he served in the late wars in the service of the parliament for about eleven years and therein received a wound in the arm whereby he is disabled to get his living this court doth think fit to allow him the sum of 40s for his better relief to be paid him by the treasurer of the east division for charitable uses
