all tenements and cottages on Colneford Hill which lie on the side of the common highway from Earls Colne to Colchester which is on the north east side towards White Colne church shall be reputed taken and owned by White Colne also the tenement where Abrm Finch and widow Cooke now or late respectively lived which lie on the other side of the said highway
