Earls Colne shall take Robt Middleton and his family out of the cottage late in dispute being part of the tenement anciently called Wendens and afterwards Manners and provide for them hereafter in Earls Colne as inhabitants of Earls Colne and that the widow Jennor and her family who live in the other part of the said tenement shall remain in White Colne and be owned as inmates of that parish
