it is ordered by this court that every constable in every parish and hundred in this county do at the next petty or private sessions to be held by the justices of the peace in every division of this county before the next general quarter sessions of the peace to be holden for the county aforesaid bring in and give to the said justices of their private or petty sessions a true list fairly written of the names places of abode titles additions and value of estates of all persons between the ages of twenty one and seventy years that are qualified to serve upon juries upon issues in the court of chancery queen's bench common pleas or exchequer at the assizes sessions of oyer and terminer general gaol delivery and sessions of the peace that the truth of their respective lists of names may be then and there examined into by the justices of the peace in every division and it is further ordered by this court that every such constable in every respective parish and hundred in this cou nty having had such lists of freeholders and copyholders examined into by the said justices as aforesaid very fairly written on large clean paper and the names truly spelled do make return thereof at the next general quarter sessions of the peace to be holden for the county aforesaid as will be no longer forborne a prosecution for their forfeiture of 5li apiece for their neglect thereof according to the statutes
