Earls Colne Peartree upon the complaint of the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the parish of Earls Colne in the county setting forth that Esdras Peartree a poor aged person is become a charge to the said parish and that his son Wm Peartree of Earls Colne aforesaid butcher is a person of ability and in good circumstances and therefore praying that he may be compelled to allow something towards the maintenance of his poor aged father it is ordered by this court that the said Wm Peartree shall every friday morning weekly allow and pay 1s6d towards the maintenance of his said poor aged father
